   I dont think we have rental stores, but you might find a store selling it. Since there are not a lot of good swimming beaches, no one partakes in this sport much.. Our corniche is beautiful to look at, but since its sort of man made (ie: the corniche as you know it now wasnt there 40years ago). The city reclaimed land and brought dirt in to extend the land outwards, so there is like uneven surface under the water out like a mile and this causes severe under currents and rip tides.. They have signs posted all up and down the corniche water front to not enter the water.. Over in half moon bay, there are better swimming areas.. and the private beaches, like Aramco, sunset oasis,e tc.. but you have to have membership to enter.. Ive never seen sport rental equipment stores out there.. .. You might just want to ask in town at some of the larger stores if they know of any.. sorry..
