    i am an engineer but it is still easy as hell to make
    i got the camera and video camera case from ebay, and all the other bits you need i got from maplins.
    i bet you could probably make one for about £30-£35.
    all you need is video camera with a audio video in socket

    as for the camera i made it myself from a £2 reversing camera off a car bumper,then just made the cables longer and atached the thing to my video camera in a water proof bag on my back,
    The raw footage is so nice a smooth compared to the you tube version, but never mind
