Where can I get a adjustable mast head for windsurfing?

I brought a second hand windsurf sail and there was no adjustable mast head, dose any one know where i can get one thanks :D
P.S What i mean by adjustable mast head is the part at the top of the sail that stops it from going out the the top of the sail
