Are you camping in tents or a camp and staying in a building? How long are you going for?
Obviously you will need your windsurfing kit - wetsuit, footwear etc, and perhap a couple of tops for the beach for before and after. Evening kit I would just take jeans and top type of clothes, perhaps with something that looks a little bit smarter just in case. Basically though I would take whatever you would normally wear plus stuff to wear on the way to windsurfning and something to wear on the shore.
Electrics? You mean like a hair dryer? or a towel…..
