Spanish sentence translation question?

How would I say “The beach resort was very beautiful and interesting”? Would it be “El balneario fue muy bonito y interesante.” ?

Also, how would I say “I practiced windsurfing at the beach.”?

    I would say

    Mi estancia en la playa fue increíble y el sitio era muy bello!!

    umm if “y(and” precedes a vowel then you must use “e.”

    so ” e interestante” although that sounds way to iffy, use an adjective like “muy” or very.

    don’t know windsurfing…

    El balneareo en la playa fue muy bonito e interesante , In this sentence and has to be translate as e because the next word starts whit i is just because the sound!
