    Sorry, but this video is mostly crap… You won’t surf at the beginning when you put you foot in the footstrap! You do this when you’re (don’t know the english word for it…) driving really fast, not before…

    Im a RyA Windsurfing instructer lol and this Video is really dated …. we never tell people to turn using the up haul rope lol thats crazy as in strong winds it will flip round and hit you in the face.. controlled turns arms straight leaning the rig to the back of the board..
