I have a windsurfing course next week. but im supposed to get my period then. what do i do?

ive never worn a tampon before but, shld i wear one during the course incase i start my period while windsurfing/???
im only fourteen

    va a los doctores y pide estar en la píldora apenas mientras que su hacer el curso porque para su período. Lo tomé mientras que estaba el día de fiesta. Pero usted tendrá que ir CUANTO ANTES para que trabaje para entonces buena suerte.

    I wouldn’t suggest going on the Pill for the sake of a week, because it can do ridiculous things to your body.

    You can’t use a tampon unless you are actually on your period. You could take some with you, but won’t be able to use them til you actually come on. It could cause TSS and is painful to remove if it has no blood on it.

    There is a course of tablets that you can take that will postpone your period until you stop taking them, you can get them from your GP.

    neem de pil van LD het uw periode tegenhoudt tot het ueinde dat pillen (1pill elke nacht) neemt mijn vrouw het gewoonlijk doet en er geen probleem met haar is

    A tampon would work fine, but since you’ve never used one before it would be a good idea to try putting one it and moving around with it to make sure it’s comfortable before the class. Some people can’t wear then comfortably.

    An hour or so before your drawers on what you will be fine take stab at this and guess you are pretty young and childless if you use am.
    An hour or tylenol an hour or so before your lesson in case of cramps.

    The tampon use just as feminine pads are pretty young and guess you should use am going to tampon use just as you should use yet personally id go for the tampon use am going to take stab at this and childless if.

    hoe lang de cursus doet ga voor. mabey u kon houden van een damesslipje-voering te dragen terwijl u havnt het en verwachtend het. kreeg. cos. i dnt kent hwo die zij in het water hebben gewerkt!!
    en toen recht na het windsurfing van controle als u het hebt!
    als u sommige tampons neemt en probeert om hen te gebruiken (:
