I live in Florida, and there’s not alot of sailing gustfull gales filling the sails of much of anything…nor are there alot of waves-I’ve heard tales of awsome waves when the hurricanes hit. But that was only when Ivin hit.

I have next to no idea about windsurfing, just tired of rolling around on the ground alone ya know? So I was wondering what type of sail and boards do what fucntions, I’m not looking for tricks, just something that moves and the very bleak oceany waters we call our beach, I really want to know *** is up with the sail types, which do I need? Anyone have any tips, advice, websites to learn form, anything would be nice, thanks.

hey im 13! but i was windsurfing and wen i was doin it i fell on da sail and got my foot stuck between the board and sail and ten wen i pulled myself up a big wave came and i fell of and hit my back off the board and the ground..i was put on a stretcher and crap.will i be okay???plz help.

Not windsurfing where the board is attached, but kite surfing where you are attached to a board and a harness, being pulled by a large kite in the air.

I’m not familiar with the L.A. area, but I’m looking for lessons at beaches nearby. Do you know of any places I can go to get lessons? If you do, pls link me the website. Thanks a lot!
