Are there windsurf schools near Lake Michigan?

I will be in Chicago in May and want to go windsurfing

I was told that nearest windsurfing area is Lake Michigan..

I need to rent equipment and maybe take lessons while I’m there.

Do you know any windsurfing schools around Lake Michigan? and how can I go there from Chicago?
