it was about a little girl with really long blonde hair. her and her dad had to move to earth because he was a freedom fighter- they lived in some alien place and they were bubbles of gas. the girl was really afraid of the wind.. her dad dated a lady from earth with two kids - they met when she was windsurfing and he thought she was dying or something haha

no one remembers this movie for some reason, although i remember i loved it.. but those are my only memories from it.

Iv got a good sense of balance from Mountain Biking so can you pick up windsurfing by yourself?
Which board or size bored and sail will last me a few years without needing a upgrade?
Or any other tips.

i want to have *** with my boyfriend, it’ll be my first time and, even though weve got tested for STI’s and are both clean, and will wear a condom anyway, i wanted to know about the risks. i heard about cystitis. i do things like scuba diving, windsurfing, surfing, etc, and if im underwater that could make any infection worse. i heard that *** for the first time (or a lot of sex) can cause cystitis, or ‘honeymooners disease’ and i wanted advice on this.

is there anything that can prevent cystitis, or make it less bad, or should i wait a little longer to have *** until after my scuba diving+windsurfing holiday this summer. because i don’t want to ***** up my holiday by having a bladder infection. how many of you have had cystitis after doing it for the first time and, if so, how bad was it?
thanks

Just got back from lessons in Florida for windsurfing. I love it and now i’m thinking about getting my own gear. I live in Illinois but have easy access to lake Michigan in Indiana. I plan on getting on the lake from both Illinois and Indiana but do I need to register the board? where do I do that? and what are the rules?

I know in Florida you can simply jump in the ocean anywhere with no state tags. But in Illinois I know you do. So if anybody windsurfs In Illinois or Indiana please help me out. Thanks.

okay, so my mother, father, grandfather and i are supposed to be driving up to the north of england for a week to do some surfing(just me and mum, dad has M.E arthiritis and grandad’s 87), then to scotland for scuba diving. this in itself is HELL as my grandad just moans all the time and we have to be ‘considerate’ (meaning not have any fun), my dad is useless and horrible and will be moving out at the end of august, and my mum is a neurotic emotional basketcase who can nag for britain.
here is my dilemma.
i REALLY do NOT want to live for two weeks, in a shack on the beach, then a campervan, with them.
plus i dislike scuba diving strongly. the same goes for surfing and especially windsurfing. my mum never asked me if i wanted to go, but she’s booked me in for scuba diving and everything.
thing is, i’ve asked and asked not to go, as i’m almost 17 and can fend for myself at home for 2 weeks easily. and my mother’s nagging and pestering will drive me round the bend. it has done on all the rest of the holidays i’ve been on. she nags, we fall out, i want to go home.
my grandad just doesn’t do/say much. but i never talk to him, even though he lives with us. but i’ve got to be quiet, and not play my music loud, in case he can hear it. IT DRIVES ME MAD!
and dad is useless and uncaring and makes everyone else mad.
and i won’t even get started on my mum. we’re talking straightjacket.
so, what i guess i’m asking, is:
is there any way to avoid going on holiday with them without killing/maiming anyone, without stopping them going on holiday(if they didn’t go, they’d guilt trip me to death), or without causing lasting emotional harm, breaking the car, etc…basically i just want to stay at home, but i can’t think of a way.
can anyone help me?

and before anyone says, no i am not spoilt at all. i’ve learnt from experience that our family holidays, or any holidays involving my mother, ALWAYS go to pot, and we always come back having fallen out. you would not believe the woman!

HELP ME!

Hi there. I’m a 15 year old windsurfer, I weigh 62 kilograms and I am around 167 cm (1.67m / 5′ 7”).

I’ve been windsurfing for about 6 years, 2 years in which I have taken the sport very seriously and gone windsurfing almost every day that was windy. I can easily do the beach start and I can do the water start aswell. I am currently working on my gybe, I can do about 75% of the gybes I attempt, and I only started working on it 2-3 weeks ago, so thats pretty good I think. I’m hoping to have the gybe ready in 2-3 weeks.

I am currently using a 4.7 Neilpryde expression sail. I am pretty happy with it but seeing my friends fly past me with sails in the range of about 6.2 really gets me =]

At times when the wind isn’t too strong I use my fathers 5.7 Neilpryde saber sail and it’s pretty easy to use it.

I am looking for a new sail, the question is, should I get a Neilpryde V6 6.5 sail, or a Loft Blade 6.2?

I am interested in something that is easy to lift out of the water (light) and even though Loft Blade has a 100% carbon mast, I’ve observed on the net that the NP V6 is a bit lighter. Can someone verify this?

And do you think I can pull off a 6.5? I would say I’m fairly strong. Is there a huge difference between 6.2 and a 6.5? Which of these two sails do you recommend?
